Kerala Ayurveda Anu Thailam is a highly effective Ayurvedic nasal drop used for treating nasal congestion, cold, and allergy symptoms. This product is specifically designed to promote clear and unobstructed breathing by helping to clear blocked nasal passages. Crafted from a blend of natural and potent Ayurvedic herbs, Anu Thailam offers a holistic approach to sinus and respiratory wellness. Whether you’re dealing with seasonal allergies, sinusitis, or a persistent cold, this nasal drop can bring relief by alleviating nasal congestion and improving airflow.

The blend of herbs and oils helps balance the kapha dosha and clears accumulated doshas from the nasal passage. The key ingredients include leptadenia, licorice, swamp mallow, and Indian bael. The blend is processed in goat’s milk and sesame oil using the original recipe from Ashtanga Hridayam, the ancient Ayurvedic text.

Regular application of the Ayurvedic nasal drop oil can relieve sinusitis and frequent allergies. This herbal nasal oil lubricates nasal passages and clears excess mucus caused by your sinuses.

It helps balance your Kapha dosha. You will see sinusitis, allergies, and nasal congestion reduced with regular application of the natural nasal oil. It relieves you from snoring caused by nasal dryness.

 Usage

We recommend you practice Nasya on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning after brushing and before your bowels. Gently massage your face and neck with a few drops of sesame oil, but stay away from the eyes and take your bath after 30 minutes of Nasya.

Place a towel over a medium-hot pan until it is tepidly warm. Check the temperature if you can bear the warmth. Place the towel on the face and neck, leaving the eyes. Lie on the bed, keep a pillow under your head, stretch your hands and legs, and ensure not much sunlight or wind comes into the room.

Place a container nearby because you need to spit excess mucus. Place the Anu Thailam bottle in a bowl of tepid water. After a few minutes, take out the bottle and check it is sufficiently hot. Lying down, face up, instill 1-2 drops in each nostril. The liquid will trickle down your throat. You need to spit out the excess mucus in the container.

All Adults can do Nasya. However, one should not use it when pregnant, menstruating, or sinus infection, having flu, a high temperature, or experiencing a cold.
