Dosage
Body and face-Take a small amount of sesame oil, warm it slightly, and massage gently on the face and body. Leave it for 30 minutes and cleanse it with a mild organic soap or cleanser.
Hair-To apply, take a small amount and gently massage the scalp and hair from the root to the tip. Leave it for 20 minutes and cleanse the hair with an organic mild shampoo or hair cleanser with warm water.
