I first thought the taste is same as Dabur Chyawanprash because the bottle looked similar to Chyawanprash. But it has a distinct taste which is bitte. It will take time to adapt to your taste buds. I thought I can take it directly without any supplementary diet but I could not. I took it with Milk to finish the whole spoonful.
