Key Ingredients – Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa), Makoy (Solanum nigrum), and Bhumi amla (Phyllanthus niruri).
Dosage: – Add 5 to 10 grams of kwath to 400 ml of water. Let the kwath oil reduce to 100 ml residual. Use a tea strainer to filter the mixture. You can take it in the morning, on an empty stomach, or consume the residue one hour before dinner or bedtime. If you cannot consume this decoction in 100ml or more, boil it longer to reduce. Use less water content and strain/filter it. Consult your doctor before using the kwath.
