Place a towel over a medium-hot pan until it is tepidly warm. Check the temperature if you can bear the warmth. Place the towel on the face and neck, leaving the eyes. Lie on the bed, keep a pillow under your head, stretch your hands and legs, and ensure not much sunlight or wind comes into the room.
Place a container nearby because you need to spit excess mucus. Place the Anu Thailam bottle in a bowl of tepid water. After a few minutes, take out the bottle and check it is sufficiently hot. Lying down, face up, instill 1-2 drops in each nostril. The liquid will trickle down your throat. You need to spit out the excess mucus in the container.
